We are very excited to announce our affiliate program that allows members of our communities to join the BeaverPad family, earn money as we work and grow together. We look forward to having you onboard!

What is the BeaverPad Affiliate Program?

Our affiliate program is a pretty simple. You will be given a chance to become an affiliate member. Once you are approved as a member and your account is activated, we will provide you with advertisement links about BeaverPad products which you can place anywhere on the internet, such as, your websites, Facebook pages, Instagram, or Twitter posts, etc. When a customer clicks on that link, and completes a purchase from the BeaverPad Shop, you will receive a specific percentage of commission for your contribution as an affiliate member.

How to become an affiliate and earn money?

SIGN UP - Please visit the affiliate registration page, and register for an affiliate member account. Please be advised that your affiliate account is not related to your customer account should you have a customer account with us. Once your registration is complete, you should receive a confirmation.
WAIT FOR APPROVAL - Upon receiving your registration details, we will review your information and activate your account if you are approved as an affiliate member. Please read our affiliate terms and conditions below to learn more about the prerequisites of becoming an affiliate.
ACTIVATION – We will send you an email confirming the activation of your affiliate membership account.
LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT – Once activated, you will be able to access your account using your email address and password and see/change various details of your account such as account information, password, payment setup, affiliate links, etc.
ACCESSING THE ADVERTISEMENT LINKS – Under the ‘My Affiliate Account’ section of your account page, you can obtain your beaverpad product advertisement links by clicking the ‘Custom Affiliate Tracking Code’ link and this will take you to the ‘Affiliate Tracking’ Page, which is where you will find the links that you can use.
GENERATING TRACKING LINK – Inside the ‘Affiliate Tracking’ page, you can see the Tracking code in the first box. In order to generate and obtain your personalized link for each product, you will need to select the product you want to advertise for. For that, click on the box next to the ‘Tracking Link Generator’ which will prompt a drop down menu with list of all the products currently sold at BeaverPad Canada shop. Once a product is selected, it will automatically generate an advertisement link, and display it within the box at the very bottom next to the text that reads ‘Tracking Link’.
USING THE ADVERTISEMENT LINKS – Once you have your customized link, you may use it in any form in any platform of your choosing. For example, you may display the link directly on a page on your website, or on a social media post or a private or group text message. You may also use the link in embedded text or graphic banners as long as it does not violate our affiliate terms and conditions. However, it is important that you keep the Tracking Link intact, if you alter the tracking code, we may not be able to track the purchases that are coming from your affiliate links, and not be able to pay you.
GET PAID – Once a customer clicks your tracking link, and completes a and order, we will see it on our system and add your commission for every affiliate purchase made by customers. You will then be able to see the approved transaction(s) and your balance on your affiliate account under 'My Orders ' section. Your balanced will be paid out at the end of your payment cycle. Currently, we pay our affiliates on the 5th day (or the following working day) of every month.

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Your participation in the affiliate program is limited to legally advertise our products to receive a commission on BeaverPad Canada products purchased by individuals referred by your Tracking Links. You may not use your Tracking links or our brand for any other purposes. Following are the terms of coditions of the affiliate program that every member must agree to comply to obtain and maintain their affiliate membership with BeaverPad Canada in good standing.

APPROVAL OR DECLINE OF THE APPLICATION - We, BeaverPad Canada, reserve the right to approve or decline ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. By submitting an application, you agree to have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Application.
COMMISSION - Commissions will be paid once a month, on every 5th day of the month or the first following business day. The rate of commission will be decided upon the activation of your account. The rate of commission may be subject to change and BeaverPad Canada has the right to change the rate without an appeal. Commissions will be awarded only for completed orders, incomplete orders, or clicks without a purchase will not account for your commission.
USING THE LINKS – You may use your customized advertisement links any way you like without violating any of our terms and conditions.
PROMOTING AND REPRESENTING BEAVERPAD CANADA – By becoming a BeaverPad Canada Affiliate, you become one of our family members, and as a representative you must uphold the same standard of ethical business practice as ourselves, such as, but not limited to, as follows :– I) Maintain highest level of integrity as a BeaverPad Canada representative about our products, services, and the company, II) Avoid any false or inappropriate advertisements such as false claims, or provide misleading information about products and the company. III) Advertising on places (e.g. websites, social media groups) containing or promoting illegal activities. IV) Avoid any self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspicious affiliate fraudulent activities. V) Uphold our community guidelines by the highest of standards.
