You may return a purchase under two conditions – i) a product is defective on arrival, ii) a product or an accompanying item stops functioning within your warranty period that can be attributed to a manufacturing error.
In either case, you must contact BeaverPad customer support as soon as you discover the defect and follow the procedure advised by the customer support agent. In order to take advantage of our after sale service programs, such as repair, replacements, or refund, you must submit the appropriate application and return the product(s). We will review your application and do our best to help you.
1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
All your purchases at Beaverpad.ca, otherwise specified, is covered by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty that includes free parts replacements and repair services as applicable. Shipping cost is to be beared by the customer.
Warranty protects our customers only from manufacturing defects, no artificial damage is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
If your product, or any accompanying items or accessories stop working properly within the 1-year manufacturing warranty period, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact BeaverPad customer service immediately upon discovery of the defect. Please provide as much details regarding your problem as requested by the customer service agent.
2. If there is any physical damage, please take photos of the defective item(s) and send them to BeaverPad customer service as requested.
3. Complete the returns form as provided by the customer service agent.
4. Return the item in its original packaging along with all the parts that came with it.
5. Wait for the customer service team to receive the defective item(s), review the problems and assess your case.
6. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after the assessment, you will qualify for our ‘After Sales Repair and Replacement Services’.
7. Should you choose to opt in for our ‘After Sales Repair and Replacement Services’ program, we will provide you with a returns form and our manufacturer’s contact details. The customer will have to ship the defective item(s) to our manufacturer as instructed by our customer service agents,
8. Once your defective item(s) are received by the manufacturer, you will be entitled to a free repair services and parts replacement. In the event our technicians are unable to repair your product(s), we will offer a full replacement of the whole product or replace specific item(s) or accessories where applicable and deemed necessary to solve your problem.
Note: Please be advised that the shipping cost of sending the defective item(s) to the manufacturer’s location, as well as, the cost of return shipping from the manufacturer to the customer for the item(s) repaired or replaced, must be covered by the customer. However, the customer will not incur any additional or hidden charges for repair services, or replacement of parts.
We sell our products with utmost confidence and test every product for fitness before dispatching it. However, if you still find any products purchased at BeaverPad.ca to be defective upon arrival due to a manufacturing error, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please follow these steps if you think your item has a manufacturing defect.
